FREE WOODWORKING CLASS' FOR LIAM

We have just been to our local B&Q as they are having "kids can do it" class'.

This week he made a set of domino's and box.

He was insistent that "he" could do it and he did!

This is the first time Liam has attempted any wood working, and he made a fabulous job too.

What a great opportunity to try something new, and be let loose with a saw LOL.

And the best part is the two hour classes are FREE!
The aim is to give the children a head start on skills they may need in later life, that are no longer taught in schools. I picked up alot also!

Key holder next week, then apple bird feeder, mug tree and magazine holder.

VALENTINES TRADITION

This is a tradition we have done for a few years now,

 the photo's below are of the first year we did it,

I think Liam was five or six.

I cut out lots of red hearts out (big enough to write something on them)

I leave the stack on the landing with a pen.

Then when Liam is going to bed he writes something he loves about me on a heart and sticks it to my door.

Then when I go to bed I write something I love about him and put it on his door.

The messages are so sweet....

CHRISTMAS SALT DOUGH ORNAMENTS

I have just been uploading photo's for the Valetines treat bags

and noticed I had some of the Christmas salt dough still on the camera, my bad.
