VALENTINE'S DAY - DIY CUPIDS ARROWS

I came across these DIY cupids arrows...

from Two Shades of Pink

made from wooden dowels, yarn and fabric scraps...

but could easily use pixie sticks also.

and they really caught my eye, but how could I use them?

I will be back with ideas!
