  1. Amazing compilation of ideas! Thanks!

  2. THANK YOU! Just what I was looking for!

  3. I hope all goes well, let me know how you go on send some pics x

  4. Thank you for such a wonderful collection of ideas. I held my son's 4th birthday party at the weekend and used some of the ideas above for a Cars-themed birthday party. I made a pit pass for each child, we had a crafting activity whilst waiting for everyone to arrive (decorate a steering wheel or number plate), and these are the games I organised: Birthday Cup beanbag drop, Stick the headlight on Mater (I found a great poster of Mater and made headlights for each child using cardboard and bubble wrap), Musical Driving (we gave each child a steering wheel and with traffic cones and traffic lights dotted around the garden, we played "Life is a Highway" and stopped the music like in musical statues). The finale was the Birthday Cup championships where 2 teams (with parents as the crew chiefs) had to race to their pit crew chiefs (parents) to fix missing wheels, number plates and the Lightning flame onto the cars. We got lots of compliments and I stayed in character as Crew Chief with walkie-talkie, clipboard and booklight attached to my cap as a fake mic/headset. Excellent theme for a 4 year old's party! Thanks for your inspiration.
