SETTING THE SCENE

I think the man at the end of the phone at the climbing centre thought I was mad, when I asked
"is the party room like a cave"
I thought it would have be fab if it was in a cave construction of the climbing walls,


(something like the All Stars Cafe would have been just right)

but alas no!

BUNTING

TABLE SCAPE

I like having parties at home, because I can go to town with the decorations and table.
You can't really get an awful lot in the car with four kids and myself in!!!
(and you don't forget things!
I had a room full of silver and blue balloons to tie to the backs of the chairs, duh!)

FOOD

as this wasn't a party at home, I opted to pre pack the food for easy transport

and made labels for the boxes

GAMES & ACTIVITIES

the climbing wall centre had some games planned
( I had suggested some others but maybe alittle ambitious for them)

the children had to scale the walls and find parts of the puzzle and put it together.

then they had to climb a wall,
then write a birthday message for Liam on page of paper taped up high.

FAVORS / GOODY BAGS

I made "climbing rocks!" keyrings as we have a badge maker,
and relevant favours were hard to find.

"Thanks for hanging out, you rocked!"
